Meet Kevin,
A freelance creative professional in media & design located in Ontario, Canada. He has been doing all kinds of media and content creation for over two years.
With a love for photography, video, graphic design, and web design. Something that is so needed in today's world. With endless ideas and jobs on the horizon, there's always something to do when it comes to these topics.
I love the ability to create something from my mind and solve a problem. The simple answer to what drives my passion is the ability to help someone while using my creativity to make someone's vision come to life.
Tell Us About Your Setup
The desk setup I own is a fully custom-made design. Starting with the desk itself, This desk is a beautifully crafted and stained 74” by 36” custom countertop from Home Depot. Supporting the desk is a fully adjustable standing desk frame from IKEA.
I have two Apple Studio Displays to support my editing in Photography and Video. These displays are perfect for my work. Below the Studio Displays is the Grovemade Desk Shelf in Solid Oak. Beautifully handcrafted and high quality.
My setup has been 6 years in the making. It's come a long way, and I am always adding more to it. But in the end, a setup can never be complete, but it can sure bring you happiness if creativity is your passion.
A desk setup is perfect once it expresses your personality and journey
How does your desk setup enhance your workflow?
The dual-monitor setup is the key reason for how I get my work done.
The dual-monitor setup is the key reason for how I get my work done. Originally, I worked off of one display, while this looked good on the setup, I needed more screenspace for multiple windows. Having the duel-monitor 5K Studio Displays helps me focus on multiple tasks at a time.
Favourite item on your desk and why?
My favourite item on the desk has to be the fully maxed-out 16" Macbook Pro. This computer that is powered by the M1 Max chip, 8TB SSD, and 64GB of RAM is the powerhouse that I needed for a long time. This computer can handle everything I throw at it, and of course, is the heart of the setup.
